By offering ship agency, stevedoring and
secondary handling facilities, ship-owners can ensure a consistent and
efficient all-in one service.
Our Warren point operations can control the
discharge of your product using our own ships' foremen and checkers. To
maintain our high and efficient standards of handling IDEAL staff are
fully-trained by our own in-house lift-truck and stevedoring Training Officer.
We have a policy to engage in staff
exchanges in Map Ta Phut ports, Rayong province to monitor and improve the
standards of our handling techniques.

bulk (i.e. rice, sugar or charcoal) by loading or unloading goods to/from
lightage ship called in Thai language that "เรือโป๊ะ" to large

dedicated Customs Clearance Department, which completes all import,
transshipment and export paperwork for its customers.
In addition to Customs Clearing commercial goods, personal effects and ships
arriving and departing ports we also offer a consultancy service to existing
and new clients. Areas of advice include VAT, Duty deferment, Community
transit, Electronic and simplified procedures and new legislation to name but a
few.
As well as offering pre and post clearance
facilities IDEAL operate a Customs Warehouse bond facility. If you require
suspending your VAT and Duty on goods imported until you are ready to sell them
just contact us to discuss this or any other customs matter further.

capability to translate electronic data from all Asia origins and generate EDI
messages in ANSI, EDIFACT standard or even in proprietary format with our own
products of "Import and Export Declaration System". We provide EDI and newly
Paperless routes for the customer's data to Thai Customs department through VAN
Trade Siam as a direct user and TiffaEDI as backup link.
